Participated in many investigations as a “Member of the Committee for the 

Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports” at the DG Imports. I have also  served as the chair for public hearings sessions.

I participated as an senior expert in the anti-circumvention investigation  concerning artificial leather imports from Bulgaria and North Macedonia.  Additionally, I was involved in the investigation on the circumvention of solar  panel measures covering imports from Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Croatia,  and Jordan.

Representing different interested parties in various ongoing trade remedy cases  including 5 user associations in Colled Rolled Flat Steel AD  Investigation.

• Anti-Dumping and Subsidy Investigations 

Contributed to numerous investigations as case handler and Head of  Department protecting local producers from unfair competition.  

• “Member of the Committee for the Prevention of Unfair Competition in  Imports” as Head of Department of the Anti-Dumping and Subsidy  
• Conducted numerous Public Hearings in the Anti-Dumping Investigations. 
• International Negotiations and Training 

Actively participated in WTO Negotiations on Anti-Dumping Agreements and  Committee Meetings in Geneva. Conducted and coordinated training  programs on Turkey’s anti-dumping and subsidy measures. 

• EU Relations and Software Adaptation 

Worked with the EU’s Directorate-General for Trade to adapt EU-developed  software (SHERPA, SHERLOCK, and OAYSIS) for use in Turkey, improving  the Ministry’s anti-dumping investigative capabilities. 

• Subsidy Investigations 

Organized a seminar to raise awareness of subsidy investigations and played a  key role in training programs in cooperation with US authorities (USDOC). 

• Representation of interested parties in Antidumping and Safeguard  Investigations before Ministry of Trade after retiring from the Ministry.
• Participated as speakers in workshops in collaboration with Euratex on  5407 AC Investigation and Malaysian Trade Rep. in İstanbul on Trade Remedies  in Turkey.
