Department. During these positions, he was directly responsible for drafting legislation on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports, establishing the investigation system (dumping margin calculations, damage analyses, on-site verification mechanisms), and conducting hundreds of investigations.<\/p><p>He represented Turkey in the World Trade Organization Anti-Dumping Committee and Rules Negotiating Group, and also served as a WTO Dispute Settlement Panelist.
